Gina Luna is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Vivify Health & Hormone Optimization Clinic in Duluth, Minnesota. With a strong clinical background and a passion for integrative, patient-centered care, Gina specializes in hormone optimization for men and women, medical weight management, metabolic health, peptide therapy, and aesthetic services.

Gina believes healthcare should be proactive, personalized, and empowering—not rushed or one-size-fits-all. After years of working within traditional healthcare models, she founded Vivify to create a space where patients are truly heard, educated, and partnered with in their care. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with a deep understanding of lifestyle, longevity, and whole-body wellness.

At Vivify, Gina focuses on optimizing hormones, improving energy and vitality, supporting sustainable weight loss, and helping patients feel confident in their bodies at every stage of life. She takes the time to thoroughly evaluate each patient’s health goals, labs, and history, creating individualized treatment plans designed for long-term results—not quick fixes.
